Position:
- Call Center Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
- Cater to customer’s banking requests, answer or escalate customer’s queries & process complaints related to products and services.
- Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be good at working under pressure
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 14 years of education from a recognized university by HEC.
- Maximum age limit is 30.
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Persons with Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah
